- How to Register in Medical Online?
Click the Sign-up link.
The Medical Online signup form will be displayed. Give your Name, Phone Number, User Name and Password and all the requisite as well as optional details asked in the form. Click on submit button.
After you submit your information, your details are validated before inclusion in the database. It may take few hours for the activation. An E-mail would be sent to you once the Detail is activated..
- I already registered but cannot login to Medical Online. Why?
Once the member registered the details, your details are under validation for security reason.
It will be activated within 24 hours. If you want active immediately, just whatsapp (0091 9500063000) your email id.
- How to fix my appointment?
Once your details activated, you will get the mail.
After the login, you can click the appointment button http://www.medicalonline.in/appointment.php and fill the appointment form.
- What is the Mode of payment for an Appointment affected through Medical online?
The payment may be made through Online (Methods of Credit / Debit Card / Net Banking) by using CCAvenue to the extent of a minimum of Rs. 200/- only for India. And Sri Lanka Event based appointment would be cost LKR. 400/- payable to Sampath Bank, Sri Lanka.
- If I can’t attend my appointment, the amount will be retained?
Medical Online is a Service oriented Organisation. If a patient didn’t attend the appointment on your time, it will be post-pond to another one day.
- How to know about my appointment time?
After your appointment request, we will update the appointment time to you within 24 hours.
